Building on its momentum from the massive first round of sales, Kryptomon unveiled yet another partnership with one of the world’s leading NFT marketplace Binance NFT. The Kryptomon x Binance NFT partnership comes on the heel of the first in November — also with Binance NFT, 2500 eggs $95 each in less than 0.1 seconds, even faster than the previous NFT drop in November which finished in 0.27 seconds.
Certainly, the record sales at the time was due to the overwhelming demands for Kryptomon eggs by Binance users. That sale also shot the blockchain game to stardom. However, the fast-rising star in the world of NFT “Play & Earn crypto” gaming industry was certainly expecting nothing short of similar results this time around as well.
Without doubt, Binance NFT is arguably one of the most well-known and trusted names in the crypto space. And with 2500 Mystery Boxes up for grabs, and each containing a Kryptomon egg, the sale was made exclusive to Binance users only. It’s not common that companies get to do multiple NFT drops on the Binance platform
High Hopes For Kryptomon x Binance NFT Mystery Box As Event Goes Live
The sale went live at exactly 11am UTC on Tuesday, 8th February when 2500 Mystery Boxes were made available on the Binance NFT marketplace. Although, a single user could purchase up to 5 Mystery Boxes, each was at a fixed price of $95 in BUSD.
And as is with most of such, the sale was carried out on a first-come-first-served basis, and was supposed to last for 12 hours only. However, all expectations regarding the sale was met as it even surpassed the November drop. All 2,500 mystery boxes were sold out in less than 0.1 seconds. It is indeed a great feat on the part of the company, especially considering that it’s not common that companies get to do multiple NFT drops on the Binance platform. It is worthy to note that so many people were interested in getting themselves a Kryptomon NFT. This is despite that two of their upcoming Play To Earn mechanisms: “Breeding Season” and “Quests”, are also slated to be released on the 15th of February
Meanwhile, the Kryptomon Company has confirmed that most of the Mystery Boxes will contain Generation 10 Kryptomon (the latest Kryptomon NFT generation). That means, about 10% of the Mystery Boxes will contain Kryptomons from previous generations. Finally, a lucky winner will walk away with the ultimate prize – a Generation 0 Kryptomon. This is a very rare commodity given that, only 100 of such will ever exist. Because of its scarcity, a Generation 0 Kryptomon comes at a price of 72.45 BNB ($30,470at time of writing). Definitely not a bad investment considering the fact that the initial investment is $95!
