Cross-ecosystem money transfer protocol, Kima Network has partnered with Terminus Network to facilitate seamless cryptocurrency transactions across the Asian-Pacific (APAC) region. Kima network confirmed the development in a blog post today, stating that the partnership would integrate cross-ecosystem finance with real-life usability, bringing Web3 closer to daily life.
Shedding more light on the partnership, Kima Network noted that the collaboration would kickoff with a joint marketing efforts. As revealed, this strategy is aimed at creating awareness around real-world crypto payments and promoting crypto usability across everyday transactions. The protocol added that both parties would work together to integrate their communities and also introduce to users, the benefits associated with decentralized settlement infrastructure paired with QR-based merchant acceptance.
The partnership will also explore in-depth synergies by integrating Kima’s cross-chain settlement technology into the Terminus infrastructure, thereby unlocking a seamless payment option across the blockchain ecosystem. In addition, by coming together, both parties aim to simplify crypto payments and empower individuals in emerging markets to enjoy the benefits of digital finance.
It is worth noting that Kima Network, established in 2021 emerged as an asset-agnostic, blockchain-based decentralized settlement protocol, designed to address the disintegration in crypto and the broader financial space. In the course of its operation, Kima introduced Smart Transaction, a new financial primitive and a user-friendly SDK built for Web3 and Web 2.0 apps to enable interchain and hybrid transactions.

Meanwhile, Terminus Network is also taking the lead by creating an inclusive and unified crypto-payment layer that bridges the gap between the blockchain world and real-world commerce.
