Alchemy Pay, a renowned fiat-crypto payment gateway, has partnered with Fiat24, a blockchain-powered Swiss-regulated fintech company that creates modern banking solutions. In a blog post on Wednesday, Alchemy Pay confirmed that the partnership would enhance Web3 Digital Bank Service.

The partnership is set to provide global users with the opportunity to open Swiss IBAN bank accounts, and obtain Master debit cards. This initiative, as revealed, aims to bridge the gap between traditional finance and  blockchain-powered digital assets.

Similarly, the Alchemy Pay Web3 Digital Bank solution intends to provide Web3 businesses and individuals with a compliant, reliable and seamless means of managing multi-fiat accounts, streamlining cash flows and converting between fiat and cryptocurrency in a single platform. By integrating Fiat24’s banking infrastructure with its own, Alchemy Pay also empowers its users to access European financial services within a robust regulatory framework.

Fiat24 is a licensed fintech company operating under the Swiss Banking Act’s Article 1B, supervised by FINMA, Switzerland’s financial regulatory authority. The fintech firm offers innovative financial solutions powered by blockchain technology, extending crypto wallets with account and payment services. The Fiat24 platform also allow clients to access cash accounts on-chain, top up via crypto or bank wire, send and receive funds within its ecosystem, and perform instant currency exchanges all from one dashboard.

Alchemy Pay CMO shares insight on the partnership

Ailona Tsik, CMO at Alchemy Pay has commented on the partnership. Tsik revealed that by partnering with Fiat24, the firm is leveraging its expertise in fiat and cryptocurrency to align with Switzerland’s reputable regulatory standards. The CMO also added that the Web3 Digital Bank service represents a significant step toward making banking global, compliant, and Web3-ready. Tsik emphasized that it provides an avenue for users to open European bank accounts, manage fiat and crypto seamlessly, and access crypto card services from anywhere in the world.

Meanwhile, it’s worth noting that this partnership comes barely five months after Alchemy Pay secured an admission into the association for Quality Assurance of Financial Services (VQF) as a recognized Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) in Switzerland. As revealed, this association also allows Alchemy Pay to offer secure and compliant fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange services, especially stablecoin payment solutions to the Swiss market.
