After pouring a great deal of effort and resources into market research and thoroughly analyzing the pros and cons of next-generation mobile games, Ftribe Games is proud to announce their fresh take on the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) genre for mobile gaming platforms with the release of their first game, Ftribe Fighters, coming to the Google Play Store in Q1, 2022.

“We have been investing a lot of time in this project and anticipating the  user’s experience. And we feel that this is the perfect time to present our brainchild to the domestic and foreign tech communities. This project will be different from previous Vietnamese mobile game projects that were more often than not released with lackluster graphics, insufficient content, and monotonous gameplay.” said Anthony Phan from Ftribe Games.

The project mentioned above here is Ftribe Fighters, a first addition to the ecosystem consisting of a free-to-play, Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game designed for mobile platforms, implementing console-quality graphics and play-to-earn token economics. It will also adapt to the concept of the metaverse by adding a Virtual Reality feature in order to explore the in-game world and marketplace. Players will get to directly view, interact with, and buy items from their headsets.

Another important but often overlooked feature is the game’s narrative as no game can exist without one. Therefore, FTribe Games’ team vows to develop an appealing game story along with gameplay updates as it is significant to the game’s life cycle and also in their commitment to distinguish from the usual cash-grab of NFT games. The game’s setting takes place in the far future, where humans have advanced beyond Space Age technology and are now able to reach the farthest edges of the universe. However, their conquest of space leads to separation between key factions as they fight over resource control. Characters released through game updates will each have their own unique background and influence on the world!

According to founder Anthony Phan, MOBA games have proved themselves as a massively appealing and marketable part of video games, hence the addition of a diverse, ever-expanding inventory of items that will be made available for the players to earn and equip. Players are given the option to trade their equipment or sell it, as each item is unique.

Two new characters are coming soon to the FTribe universe!

Ftribe Fighters is set to launch its first game and its NFT Marketplace in December of 2021. Later in Q1, 2022, their Battle Royale game mode will be released, along with many other surprises! Readers are invited to take a look at their pre-alpha gameplay through the trailer here.
